Hand baggage
Your hand baggage, including handles and wheels, must not exceed the maximum size of 55 x 35 x 25 cm. It must be placed in the overhead bins. Hand baggage is not included if you’re travelling in Economy Class with a Basic ticket. You can purchase 1 piece of hand baggage via My Trip up to 4 hours before your flight departs.

Liquids in your KLM cabin bag: the 100ml rule
The liquid limit is set by the airport you go through security at, not by KLM. At most airports each container in your hand luggage must be 100ml or less; 12 of the 63 airports we track allow up to 2 litres, and some apply different limits at different checkpoints.
