If YouTube Premium is not available in Russia
What YouTube says about using it in another country:
Your YouTube Premium membership should be used predominantly in the country where you signed up for it (your subscription country).
If you travel to a country where Premium / Premium Lite is not available, you won’t be able to access your membership benefits.
Any videos that you’ve downloaded before traveling will be available offline for 30 days.
If you are traveling for more than 30 days or move to a different country or territory, we may take action on your subscription, such as cancelling it.
Lists change, often without notice. Check the official page before you rely on the service or pay for anything, and follow the provider's terms and the law of the country you are in.
